buyer presentation & BRIEFing 

A meeting with your procurement team to learn about your business,  specific product requirements, how your purchasing systems & order scheduling work,  this information helps us to develop a tailored platform and wardrobe selection which works best for your business. 

At our meeting  we will demonstrate how convenient and easy our platform works, the features and benefits you can enjoy and how we can best support your purchasing process. 

We can also preview some leading products appropriate to your industry. Appointment time is approximately 40 minutes.

YOUR QUOTE & approval

 

Within 48 hours we will email your itemised quote, which details garment technical specs, size fit charts, together with a detailed visual of your artwork and the exact positioning on each garment. "The devil is in the detail and so are we".

Once your are satisfied with the quote you can select the sizes and quanities you wish to order and mark it approved . All communications regarding your order will reside within the quote/order document for future reference. 

Your quote will  also include links to compliance and data sheets, our technical  health and safety experts are more than happy to visit your premises and discuss EN  compliance in more detail.   

Within 24 hrs of approval you will recieve a confirmation  stating the delivery date for your order.

Following receipt of your approved order we will have your garments despatched the same day to one of our appointed  garment decorators who has confirmed a delivery date to meet your requirements.

You can track your order live online and follow it through the complete supply chain.

Regular lead times  are next day for non branded products and  5 working days for decorated (embroidered or printed).  We also offer an Emergency same day service for urgent orders .
